Curso Supervivencia, Orientacion y GPS Northlatitude

  • Gabriel is Founder, Manager, General Coordinator and courses Instructor at NORTHLATITUDE (C.A.C.E.N.), Northlatitude Education and Training Argentine Center (aimed for national and international education), being forerunner in the design and organization of this first and unique center or Argentina and Southamerica because of the system of courses and outing aimed to the education of individual and groups of the who wish to be trained and interact in the wilderness comprised by air, land and sea. Gabriel offers to teach them in a professional English language to foreigners, being that it also have a secondary support for the classes of First Aid and the courses of Search and Rescue (SAR), Skydiving, Mountaineering, Trekking, Diving and Multiadventure, among others.
  • Gabriel was chosen in Argentina by DISCOVERY CHANNEL as expert instructor of the survival and risk tests for the Desafio Discovery casting carried out in Argentina to local participants.
  • Since the year 2005 he is engaged in the professional teaching of wilderness Survival, Cartography, Orienteering, Land Navigation and GPS (Global Positioning System) courses, in the basic, advanced, superior and personalized levels in geographical natural areas like woodland, jungle, cold areas like mountains and glaciers of Argentine to local and foreigners studentes from the North America, Central America, South America and Europe.
  • Since the year 1998 has been practicing sporting activities in the discipline of mountaineering, trekking and Crossing in Argentina.

  • Trained in wilderness Survival, Cartography, Orienteering and Land Navigation techniques by special forces instructors of the Argentine Air Force, who also trained members of the special forces of countries and continents like -United States, Central Amercia, South America, Europe and Africa, who also were assigned to carry out diverse Peace Missions at (UN) in Europe and Africa.
  • Military (ret.) of the Argentina Air Force who used to be on active duty for over 21 years (1984-2005), specialized in Computing and Statistics, being his first assignement the ex VII Air Brigade of helicopters based in the Moron city –Buenos Aires province-. After that he was assigned to the Condor Headquarters -General Staff in Chief of the Argentine Air Force-, developing professional actitivies in places with sophisticated technology and air and ground electronic equipment at the Direction and Department of Operative Computers, Managements of Systems, Direction of Research and Development, Flight Plan and National Plan of Radars of Argentine. Other duties he engaged was as graphic designer of consoles for national air traffic control. At the System Management of Systems he worked as professor at the ACC (Area Control Center) for the International Airport of Ezeiza, teaching a course of a flight plan systems named “Antares” to the air traffic controllers staff.
  • English interpreter at the Ezezia and Metropolitan Aeroparque and at the Condor Headquarters, before representative members of the american companies of the Air Traffic Control as Cardion, Inc., Siemens, Westinghouse and Raytheon (Argentine Air Force and argentin branch of the Automatik S.A. Canadian company). His last duties was at the Communication Direction (Argentina Air Force).
