Since his beginnings at NORTHLATITUDE, he has frequently taught First Aid training in both, theoretical (classroom) and practical (on ground) ways, being the First Aid one of the essential techniques we teach in our \u201cSurvival for Wild Extreme Environments\u201d courses because it is part of the SURVIVAL PENTAGON, an image we use as a reference to provide knowledge in diverse survival techniques, which in addition to First Aid, it includes Signaling, Shelter, Water, Food, Fire and others important abilities. Likewise, he has taught several trainings in island, jungle and forest terrains and under different climates in a very clear and efficient way, and over time, our students have shown not only their satisfaction with the knowledge gained, but also, through hands-on practice in nature, they understood the importance of having been trained themselves in the subject, because the teaching also covers other important factors such as survivor psychology, leadership, and teamwork, among other of importance.<\/p>

En NORTHLATITUDE, ense\u00f1amos nociones referentes a Primeros Auxilios para llevarse a cabo en entornos Agrestes y Hostiles, las cuales son t\u00e9cnicas de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de urgencia dise\u00f1adas para llevarse a cabo ante emergencias que pueden suceder en medios ambientes naturales de zonas extremas de monta\u00f1as, selvas, islas, desiertos, senderos u otros, alejados de los centros m\u00e9dicos urbanos u otros para recibir ayuda inmediata. Por ello, se enfocan en la supervivencia a largo plazo, ense\u00f1ando, por ejemplo, a improvisar f\u00e9rulas, entablillamiento de miembros superiores e inferiores, construir camillas de circunstancias para trasladar heridos, etc., y ello utilizando recursos del lugar. Por ello, en nuestras capacitaciones de supervivencia, los Primeros Auxilios al igual que la Orientaci\u00f3n, son habilidades enmarcadas en la figura del PENTAGONO DE SUPERVIVENCIA que utilizamos para ense\u00f1ar, siendo que son una de las t\u00e9cnicas de supervivencia esenciales y por ello, los Primeros Auxilios se dictan como un complemento de la supervivencia, no en formato de cursos.<\/p>

Las diferencias clave con los Primeros Auxilios tradicionales, incluyen:<\/p>

Tiempo de espera. La ayuda m\u00e9dica puede tardar horas, d\u00edas o incluso, un tiempo superior en llegar, en lugar de minutos.<\/p>

Improvisaci\u00f3n. Se aprende a utilizar recursos naturales del entorno, entre ellos, troncos, ramas, mochilas, cuerdas, ropa) para inmovilizar fracturas y detener hemorragias.<\/p>

Evaluaci\u00f3n del entorno. Se debe considerar los riesgos clim\u00e1ticos (hipotermia, golpes de calor, deshidrataci\u00f3n) y la seguridad del propio grupo para evitar generar nuevas v\u00edctimas.<\/p>

Log\u00edstica de evacuaci\u00f3n. Se deber realizar toma de decisiones claves y cr\u00edticas sobre si es m\u00e1s seguro mover a la v\u00edctima o esperar al rescate, adem\u00e1s de t\u00e9cnicas para transportar a la persona de forma segura.<\/p>

Esta es una s\u00edntesis de los que nuestros instructores y socorristas de Primeros Auxilios de la Cruz Roja Argentina y de la fundaci\u00f3n SEC Socorrismo de nuestro staff, transmiten conocimientos por medio de entrenamientos que se realizan en el terreno, quienes, por medio de las ense\u00f1anzas te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas que se llevan a cabo en zonas agrestes, ense\u00f1an no solo sobre su esencial importancia, sino que, a como desempe\u00f1arse en la naturaleza cuando se encuentren solos o en grupo porque ante una emergencia propia de una situaci\u00f3n de supervivencia, debiendo maximizar la atenci\u00f3n prioritaria y cuidados a heridos de distinta consideraci\u00f3n, comenzando con el factor psicol\u00f3gico de quienes se pierden, siguiendo por la atenci\u00f3n de heridos debido a que al perderse en una zona agrestes, desconocida y alejada de la ayuda inmediata, de acuerdo a las caracter\u00edsticas de la situaci\u00f3n, uno debe dominar la situaci\u00f3n y evitar que la situaci\u00f3n lo domine a uno mismo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
