BUSHCRAFT (WILDERNESS SKILLS)

What is bushcraft?

Bushcraft is basically a translation of “wilderness skill” and the difference between bushcraft and survival is that the knowledge of bushcraft can make survival easier because this training is based on teaching you how to be prepared during your calm moments with some knowledge about the matter. This would allow you to gain an idea in advance on how to make use of natural resources, which will enable you to be prepared for a simple life in the wilderness. You would also reach a level closer to nature, to your ancestors and to indigenous wisdom.

«Survival is emergencies and urgency, bushcraft is living comfortably in discomfort.»
